For our competence field “Human Potential”, moving people means to address suitable individuals for the respective target functions, to stimulate their enthusiasm, and to select the “right ones”. In this context, we employ our suitability and potential diagnostics competence for both external and internal candidates.

Typical consulting subjects in this field:

  • Design and planning of HR marketing measures
  • Design, organization, and rollout of (large) recruitment projects (outsourcing)
  • Development of special and target group-focused recruitment programs
  • Design, rollout, and evaluation of high-end diagnostic selection procedures, such as assessment center and structured interviews
  • Design and rollout of assessment procedures at functional and management level (e.g. potential analysis, management audit, and 360° feedback)
