SKope GmbH was founded in 2001 and consists of an experienced core team and a network of additional specialists in personnel and organisational development.

Our Team
Our experienced team of consultants will accompany you on your path to success with comprehensive expertise and customised solutions. All counsellors have a background in psychology, education and/or economics, have more than 15 years of professional experience and have undergone additional training, e.g. in systemic counselling and/or coaching.

Organisation
In the Organisation area of expertise, we focus on creating a framework in which employees can work in a motivated, inspired and efficient manner. We carry out HR process audits, design and implement (new) HR systems, initiate/moderate workshops and support change processes.
Personnel
In the personnel area of expertise, we identify talent and match skills/competencies with organisational requirements. We use various diagnostic procedures such as assessment centres, potential analyses, interview methods, questionnaires, online tests and feedback. In doing so, we support human resources selection as well as internal talent management.
Development
In the competence field of development, we support companies and their employees in successfully mastering their current tasks and preparing themselves for future challenges. To this end, we offer development programmes (e.g. for managers), coaching, specific training measures and team development. We utilise the latest findings and learning methods (e.g. blended learning, learning-on-demand).
