SKope GmbH was established in 2001 and currently comprises two Directors and a network of human resources specialists throughout Germany. We are successfully active as consultants and “troubleshooters” for staff management subjects in various industries and enterprises. Our customers are global players and traditional companies as well as medium-sized businesses and enterprises of the new markets.

Steffen Schlichenmeier
Born August 5, 1967 in Stuttgart, Germany. Studied work, industrial, and organizational psychology at Constance University and RWTH Aachen University. Completed an additional course in systemic consulting in 2008.

From 1997 to 2000, he served as HR consultant at a leading HR and business consulting firm in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. In May 2000, he established the company Schlichenmeier Personal & Organisation, which later developed into SKope GmbH.

Sascha Kettelhöhn
Born March 18, 1970, in Wiesbaden, Germany. Studied work, industrial, and organization psychology at Mainz University and completed additional training in the field of management and business administration at St. Gallen University in 2000 and an additional course in systemic consulting in 2008.

From 1995 to 2001, he served as HR consultant at a leading HR and business consulting firm in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, where he was finally appointed as project manager in charge of the world’s largest organizational consultancy. He has been Director of SKope GmbH since 2001.
